Change the game

Did you join the pharmaceutical industry with plans of launching products that will help save or significantly improve the quality of peoples lives?

If you would like to work for a company committed to developing first in class products for people suffering from rare genetic diseases, then I can help.

If you would like to work in a small team where you can have a genuine impact on the strategic direction of the brand and help shape the culture of a growing business, then I can help.

Sadly, the reality for many is they find themselves looking after yet another ‘me too’ product. Usually in a heavily cost-driven market and with data that doesn’t quite stack up against their competitors. Usually for a manager who is far from empowering or inspirational, one who prefers to trod the traditional path, the same as the manager before them…

I can help

I don’t need to tell you what a full-service marketer does; you know all of that.

The major differences here are that you will be encouraged to challenge the traditional norms, you will be fully accountable to develop and deliver the brand plan; you will be able to do so without the strategy being pushed down from above for you to execute, or somebody micromanaging you in the background. Here you will be stretched as you juggle complex pricing alongside supporting clinicians transitioning to a new world of possibility with a complete shift from the current treatment paradigm.

In essence, you are launching a game-changing new treatment that will completely revolutionise patient care in this space, and you will be doing it in collaboration with some incredibly smart, highly inspirational people. People who are committed to nurturing and developing your talent, as they did for your predecessor who has now moved into a bigger role. You will also have the opportunity to nurture and develop your junior reports to ensure they benefit from your marketing expertise and leadership.

Make a change, do something you love, launch a brand that changes the rules and the game!

Please apply now or call Zoey on 01572 722337 or email me on zoey@waxselection.com for a chat to explore in more detail – I promise to answer as many questions as you have. If I don’t know the answer, I will find it!
